Paul is an enthusiastic and experienced automotive technician at Austin's Auto. He joined the team in fall of 2021 and has accrued a vast understanding of cars, having taught himself almost everything he knows about them. Paul has a great eye for detail and takes pride in his work. He is a great team player and is always willing to help out. When he isn't working, Paul loves spending time with his three children, Rylen, Emma, and Evan. His hobbies include dirt biking, riding ATV, and any outdoor activity. Eric has been with Austin’s Auto for many years. He is a great asset to our towing crew. As a child Eric wanted to be a Pro Angler, he is passionate about outdoor conservation, enjoys fishing and family in his free time. An interesting fact about Eric is that he has never been on an airplane!
JB wanted to be a fireman growing up. He currently volunteers at Nancy Run Fire Company, and he is passionate about it. His favorite hobby is traveling, and his favorite destination is Aruba! He is an Eagles fan and in his free time enjoys working on his Camaro.
Best known as Mickey! Is passionate about helping people and loves dancing on his free time. Mickey was born in Puerto Rico; he considers himself as a miracle baby as he survived encephalitis as a baby. He has 2 grown kids, Anthoni and Amarie. His favorite team are NY Mets, NY Knicks, and Las Vegas Raiders.

Kyle wanted to be a cop when he grew up but ended up here at Austin’s Auto, he enjoys helping people in times of need and making hectic situations safe. In his free time, he likes working on cars, playing video games, and doing side jobs. Danny is an individualistic and inventive person who was born and raised in Allentown, PA. He has a passion for travel, particularly to South America, and loves spending time with his two dogs, Tucker and Milo. He also enjoys soccer, especially Millonarios FC, and has a true appreciation for music, particularly Bad Bunny. His decision to enter the automotive industry was motivated by a combination of his love of cars, money, and family business. Danny is always looking for new ways to challenge himself and is eager to share his knowledge with others. Danny is a valuable part of the Austin's Auto team and is committed to providing exceptional service to his customers.
Michele has been with Austin’s Auto Service for a very long time. She enjoys live music, reading, cooking, and traveling. Some interesting facts about her, she wanted to be a wall street stock trader growing up, and she is a Nascar racing fan.
Darin goes by several nicknames! Jake, D.Man, Boo Boo (for hunting), or D. Growing up he wanted to join the Air Force or be a Cop. He enjoys bowling and golf; in his free time, he works at the farm he lives in. He likes outdoor activities such as kayaking, hiking, 4wheeling, and hunting. His favorite travel destination Amsterdam or Netherlands.
Wilkins joined the auto tech team at Austin’s Auto recently. He was born in Dominican Republic and always wanted to be a baseball player. He is passionate about car racing, loves everything that is related to cars, and is a people’s person. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Noerka and family.
Best known as Denny! Dennis was born in Cagus, Puerto Rico. Dennis is part of our towing department. As a kid he used to love to watch tow truck drivers load and unload cars! His favorite hobbies are basketball, baseball, and taking trips. He is passionate about his kids and family. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and going on long motorcycle rides.
Walker enjoys reading and his favorite travel destination is Poland. Growing up he wanted to be a computer programmer. He chose to work in this industry because he loves to work with his hands. An interesting fact about Walker is that he was named after Walker Evans (a famous photographer). He is passionate about personal growth and enjoys cooking and baking in his free time!
Matt’s childhood dream was to become a train conductor, but his passion for all things mechanical, cars, and the great outdoors steered him in a different direction. With an insatiable curiosity, Matt loves learning random facts that spark his interest—whether they’re about space, nature, or something else entirely. When he’s not diving into car knowledge (which, let’s be honest, rules his brain), you can find him hiking, kayaking, rafting, or enjoying a cookout or deck party. His ideal getaway is the beach, especially the Outer Banks in North Carolina. Fun fact: Matt can drive a “3 on the tree,” a skill that not many can claim today. His love for all things vehicles and nature is only matched by his love for adventure and good company.
Born and raised in Easton, Kevin has always had a clear direction in life—he knew from the start that he wanted to be a mechanic. When he’s not tinkering with engines, you’ll find him enjoying the great outdoors, especially hiking and disc golfing in the mountains. Kevin is a dedicated family man, spending quality time with his wife, Erica, and their two kids, Callen (10) and Maddox (8). He’s a die-hard Eagles fan and believes in the power of taking care of others. Beyond his job, Kevin gives back by volunteering as a youth football coach, passing on his love for the game and helping the next generation grow. Whether he’s fixing cars or lending a helping hand, Kevin’s passion for people and problem-solving shines through in everything he does.
Known to friends as Ronda, Miranda once dreamed of becoming a cosmetologist, but her journey has taken her in exciting new directions. Her favorite pastimes? Sleeping and outdoor activities, though she’ll happily make time for some retail therapy with her sister. The beach is her ultimate escape, with favorite spots in South Carolina and Ocean City, Maryland. Miranda’s drive for self-improvement in the industry is matched only by her ambition to succeed financially. On her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family, including watching her nephews, and of course, catching up on much-needed rest.
